1. What KitnaPrice does

KitnaPrice helps you find products and compare prices across online stores in India. We show product information, current offers, price history, deals and buying guides, and link you to the store where you can buy. We do not sell products. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store; its terms, prices, delivery, warranty and return policies apply.

2. Prices and product information

• Prices, availability and offers are collected from stores and affiliate partners from time to time, not in real time. Each price shows when it was last updated.
• The price and details on the store's website at checkout are final. Always check them before you buy.
• Specifications, ratings and images come from stores, brands and other sources. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free.
• Scores, rankings, "deal" labels, buy-timing advice and AI-written explanations are informational and based on the data we hold. They are not professional or financial advice.

3. Affiliate links

Many links to stores are affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you buy, at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

4. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@kitnaprice.com if you think your account has been misused.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for abuse.
• You can stop using KitnaPrice at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Price alerts

Alerts are a free convenience. We check prices periodically, so an alert may arrive after a price has changed again, and a short-lived price may be missed. We are not responsible for any purchase you do or do not make because of an alert.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or harvest data from KitnaPrice using bots, crawlers or other automated means (search engines following our robots.txt excepted);
• interfere with the site's security or performance, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours;
• use KitnaPrice for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to generate fake clicks on store links;
• copy our design, text, logos or data for a competing service.

7. Our content and trademarks

The KitnaPrice name, logo, design, text and software belong to KitnaPrice.com or its licensors. Store names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. Some product photos are used under Creative Commons licences and are credited on the product page.

8. Links to other websites

Stores and other websites we link to are run by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimers

KitnaPrice is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or that prices and product information are accurate or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KitnaPrice is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from purchases made on third-party stores, price differences, product defects or store actions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes

We may change KitnaPrice or these terms. Updated terms are posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hisar have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a case where you live. Before going to court, please contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@kitnaprice.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
